66 year old bass player seek other peers to join/form band with

Yep, I'm 66. Been playing since the 60's I'm into all kinds of music. Played guitar for a while but considering going back to bass. I'm looking for new friends to make music and, create a positive vibe with. No hidden agenda's here..... NO, I don't have a place to rehearse. Would like to join or form a band with folks my own age. Not looking for a "project" or some ones personal dynasty. Also, not looking to be some disposable backup player for some self proclaimed "producer". It amazes me how many people want a bass player, but do not read the ad text. Been down the "higher gun" road. Been there, done that, not interested. Influences are Hard rock, folk rock, big band, psychedelic, 60's, soul, Lounge Jazz, folk, Western swing, anyone who played at Woodstock or Monterey Pop. Fringe bands of the 60's. Heck, Id even like doing Paul Revere and the Raiders tunes. Budgie, Nagahyde Lounge anyone? Gigs, fun and possibly recording. Improve our chops some and expand the know and unknown expanse of the musical cosmos. Possibly cross over the astral plain while keeping on foot firmly on a banana peel.
