APT Management, Inc is currently seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our residential properties in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior building maintenance experience, a positive attitude, the ability to work alone or as part of a team and will be available for on-call work on nights and weekends. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation is necessary. The ability to complete and pass a pre-employment background check is required as a condition of employment.
