***Stay away from this company! Space is limited in the building, parking is extremely tight and storage of purchased goods is less than par. Moldy shipping containers for storage is embarrassing/unprofessional. The age of the company is mature enough to be more advanced. Investments in infrastructure is mis-managed. Overhead is too high for such a small footprint of property. Owners wife collects a salary and doesn’t actually work there. Fair pay in their eye, less than average is the actual. Culture is virtually non-existent. Positions are not clearly defined, remote work is not allowed, unless you’re the owners daughter. Keep looking. I wish that I had avoided this father/son miscommunication nightmare. Pros Health insurance, Good atmosphere, Free shirts, hoodies, coats, nice office staff when you’re not being talked down to by the office manager/receptionist. Cons Below average salary, shipping container sheds, general space, discriminating aging workforce, 10 hour shift for less then average pay
