POSITION: WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR / DELIVERY DRIVER DATE: FEBRUARY 2022 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 2+ years Construction or Warehouse experience Clean Driving Record Forklift Operation Experience and Certification Strong attention to detail required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with other departments collaboratively Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with supervisors and coworkers to understand scope of work, schedule, project instructions and responsibilities • Certify required items for daily reports / work orders • Track Delivery and Inventory Logs and Requests • Ability to read and understand shipping documents and verify quantities • Excellent attention to details • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, in a busy environment • Ability to work under minimum supervision & resolve issues independently based on project/company standards and verification of facts prior to receiving or releasing materials • Self-starter with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner • Good judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly • Responds to requests for service and assistance • Superb organizational skills and desire to get it right • Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills • Construction Industry knowledge a plus. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history is required • Must possess a high school diploma or GED. REQUIREMENTS: Must be detail oriented and accurate Dependable Ability to work in fast pace, time-line driven environment Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check Physical ability to lift items of 40 lbs.
