Full time year-round Repair and Service technician wanted. My company is seeking a person for the long term. I am looking for a swimming pool service man and a repair technician, a hard working self starter. Someone who shows up to work everyday. A company truck is provided to take home, 401k plan, vaction time, end of the year bonus can be earned. Must have: Good driving record. Ability to communicate well with customers. Clean cut appearance. A person's character goes a long way in my company. Skills that are required for: Repair Technician Must know how to install pool pumps and motors. Be able to troubleshoot pool heaters installation of new pool heaters, installation of pool filters. Be able to troubleshooting computer systems and salt systems and installation of these systems. A general all-around repair man. This position will run a small route Tuesday through Friday and do repairs on Mondays we also do some small repairs during the week or troubleshooting to be prepared for Monday's repairs. Salary is be based upon your experience up to $50,000 a year to start. Skills that are required for: Swimming Pool Service Tech We are willing to train the right person somebody that has the above (must have:) We are a unique company that does not work on the weekend unless for some reason we weren't able to work during the week. We pay our employees for a full eight hours every day even if they finish there work early. Swimming pool service technician will be responsible for servicing about eight pools per day. Learning how to be a helper to a repair man. Starting salary for somebody without experience is $30,000 a year. If you have experience salary will be based upon your experience. Our company has 400 regular customers which we do weekly service repair for with ten trucks. Some employees have been with me for 20 and 30 years. We do not do repairs or service for anybody that just call our company. If they are not a service customer we don’t do work for them. We find this cuts out a lot of head aches at our company. We work Monday through Friday and are off on the weekends unless there is an absolute emergency. Please send your resume.
