MTD is currently seeking Full Time 2nd Shift Assemblers $2,000 Sign-On Bonus + $1,000 referral bonus!! Wage: 2nd Shift $20.00/hr (Direct Hire) + the potential for an additional $0.50/hr. for perfect attendance Hours: 2nd Shift 3:30PM - 12:30AM Location: Willard, OH 44890 Job Description: An Assembler may use a variety of hand tools, testing equipment, hardware fixtures, and work instructions, in collaboration with other assemblers and departments, to complete a series of operations to assemble MTD components or products. Responsibilities: • Complete assigned production activities according to work instructions and allotted time • Setup workstations as needed • Complete quality inspections of both in-process and finished products • Perform operator level maintenance as needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Other related production duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Group Leader Minimum Qualifications: • Manual dexterity: ability to use hand tools and other equipment as needed in the allotted time • Able to operate in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to walk, stand, and periodically lift to 40 lbs. for a minimum of eight hours daily Perks: • Immediate Start • Paid Orientation • Sign-on / Referral Bonus • Attendance Bonus • Raise after 1st 60 Days • Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits • 401k Match • Overtime Interested?
