We are preparing our house for market. Looking for a skilled handyman to help us with some items. The house is in SW Portland - Multnomah Village area. Strip and refinish windowsills in master bedroom, front single bedroom, lower living room. Replace missing bulbs in all areas of the house, warm white LED Replace outside light fixtures with up/down can fixtures Trim, glue and tuck damaged carpet transitions Repair drywall on ceiling above stairs with patch, texture and paint Please respond with a description of your skills, your availability, and your hourly rate.
