I have been unable to reach my friend, Joe. I don't want to put his full name here but I can tell you he is a retired Times Square peace officer. He is in his 60's, possibly living in Staten Island, (he recently moved into a new Senior Housing apartment). He loves to spend time at Coney Island because he grew up there. He is a dear friend and I am worried about him. I am hoping its just an issue with his phone. Any info is greatly appreciated.
