Camp Greeter: Come Work with the Lucky Dogs Camp K-9 of Marin, the premier dog boarding and daycare facility is seeking a reliable, motivated & awesome individual for our Front Office. This is a Reception/Administrative position and our Camp Greeter is responsible for all customer interactions as well as a variety of clerical duties. Flexibility, the ability to focus and prioritize quickly in a busy, non-traditional office setting, are essential components of this position. Your job will include everything from managing dog check-ins and check-outs to reservations, processing payments, answering phones and e-mails, printing reports, giving tours as well as basic cleaning and filing chores. Requirements: This is not a dog handling position but you will come in contact with them and a true love of animals is a must! Superior interpersonal skills and positive attitude! Core values including integrity, compassion, commitment to continual learning and personal development and an excellent work ethic! Proven professional office experience (phones, typing, MS Office apps, etc.). Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Demonstrate good communications skills both with team members and customers. Physically able to handle daily chores. You must be trustworthy, enthusiastic and above all else, customer-focused. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with incredible organizational skills and the ability to remain grounded in a hectic environment.
