LOST CAT CAT ON A LEASH

I've lost my Kiki, she was last seen near Dolores Park on Dolores & 21st. I left her in the car for maybe 45 minutes while I walked to the store and back and she managed to get out. She had a harness and leash on and someone living in the neighborhood said she'd been found and that person had come around trying to find the owner but didn't have any contact info. If you have my cat please PLEASE contact me asap, she's my baby girl & has been traveling with me everywhere since she was a kitten. She's a grey & orange calico tabby with a white belly & white feet, she loves dogs & people and is usually very very friendly.
