PROPERTY PRESERVATION CREWS NEEDED

Property Preservation Crews needed throughout Northwest Ohio. The 2022 season is fast approaching, and with the recent pandemic foreclosures are on the rise and that means a significant influx of property preservation work. We are currently seeking contractors throughout Northwest Ohio to complete property preservation work. Perspective contractors should have at least 1 year experience in the property maintenance and preservation field, or a willingness to be trained. Knowledge of HUD, FNMA and FMAC guidelines are a plus. This is an independent contractor position, all contractors are required to have their own licensing, state required insurance and knowledge of all local codes and permits needed to conduct preservation work in your coverage areas. Duties include but are not limited to: • Debris Removal • Lawn Maintenance • Winterizations • Lock Changes - with HUD approved locksets • Board Ups • Minor Repairs Requirements: • Must supply your own transportation and equipment • Must be detail oriented when reporting damages and placing bids • Must be able to comply with due dates and meeting deadlines • Must have a smart phone and data plan for taking photos in the field • Aspen Grove certification preferred.
