Full time employment on an active diversified farm. Must be able to handle operating equipment and work on equipment when necessary. Winter time maintenance is full time in a heated shop. Position is a lead that can delegate jobs when needed. Housing and vehicle possible for the right person. Position can be hourly or salaried depending on what fits best for the employee.
