We are a small, close-knit team of gardeners who strive to create landscapes that are both beautiful and beneficial to the planet. We do maintenance and installation of ornamental gardens. We are based out of Palmyra NJ and service Burlington, Camden & Gloucester counties. You will be weeding, trimming, planting, mulching, and other gardening-related tasks. You must be physically fit: lots of walking, bending, kneeling and lifting required. This is a seasonal position. The season begins in mid-March and ends mid-December. Both full time and part time positions are available. Full time is Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays. Part time is 2-4 full days per week - we will work with your availability. $15/hour for first 30 working days, then pay increase to $16-20/hour based on work quality, experience & knowledge. Plus PTO, tips, end-of-season bonus, OT calculated daily & free plants. Outdoor work experience and/or horticulture-related education preferred but not necessary. Must be dependable, able to work in adverse weather conditions, physically able, team player, and love plants!
