Mattas Marine & RV is looking for an experienced full time Service Writer, Tues - Sat. with strong Customer Service skills. Good Communication skills and knowledge of Computers is important, also general knowledge of RV and Marine maintenance service is preferred. Duties include answering phone calls, writing up work orders for Service Dept., helping customers at the Service counter, as well as filing and processing warranty claims and follow up calls or updates on Service changes.
