We are a regional delivery service in DFW providing medical courier services, airport deliveries and other routed distributions in Texas. Dispatchers are responsible for routing, managing and coordinating all drivers and service orders as well as organizing and scheduling all necessary resources required to accomplish on time performance and safety compliance. SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of dispatching/route coordinating experience. Applicants must have strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization. Dispatch incoming calls from clients to couriers and enter information into company software system. Ability to sort, prioritize, retain and analyze information quickly. Ability to establish and maintain profitable business relationships with customers and drivers. Must maintain high on time performance and safety levels. Strong knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Must be willing to be a backup driver. Must qualify for TSA certification and or have a TWIC card. Must pass background and drug screens. PLEASE SEND RESUME
