Landscape Crew Member Needed

We are looking for driven and motivated people to join our team this landscape season. You will be primarily tasked with mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, installing mulch, and other landscape-related services. We pay a base rate of $14/ hour but you have the ability to make $17-21 per hour on our pay 4 performance bonus structure. If you come in, take care of business, and complete jobs under-budgeted hours, you will get a portion of the labor revenue charged to the customer. This is not a gimmick, you actually set your own pay based on how hard you work. We also profit share with all of our employees every quarter. All you have to do is show up every day and you will easily make an extra $2-400 per quarter. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to get to and from work.
