Mowgistics is a fast growing landscape and lawn care company servicing the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area. We are currently seeking a full-time "Lawn Care Crew Leader/Foreman" to join our dynamic, opportunity driven, professional service division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform work alongside crew and supervise crew member activities Plan activities at site according to specifications and client expectations. Assign daily tasks to crew and ensure compliance. Train and evaluate the effectiveness of crew members. Ensure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicles, equipment and tools assigned. Promote and maintain safe working conditions. Promote regional growth and route density within your signed area. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable Qualifications: Two years lawn maintenance experience and leadership Pass criminal background check Pass drug screen Must have commercial/residential landscaping experience Must have accessible mobile device Valid Driver's License - clean record Prior Work Experience Requirements: Maintenance (lawn care) Supervisor: 2 year (Required) Will be able to effectively communicate, evaluate, and motivate crew members while meeting company standards. Working with commercial/residential landscape company: 1 year (Required) Will be required to have landscaping knowledge in design and installation. Marketing/Sales (Preferred) Marketing is a key component of this lead position and will influence overall compensation. Truck/Trailer driving: 1 year (Required) Must be able to pull a trailer with confidence and required skill.
