Lawrence Laundromat has opening for evening cleaning position for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Approximately 2 to 3 hours per shift. Shift hours are somewhat flexible, but usually starting around 7 or 8 pm. Duties to include, but not limited to: * providing customer assistance * cleaning, i.e., sweeping, mopping, vacuuming * emptying trash * cleaning bathrooms, seating area and washers and dryers. *Physical dexterity is a must as applicant will be required to clean and perform daily tasks in some hard to reach places* Starting pay is $10.00 with increases based on performance and longevity. Looking for honest, hard working person who has attention to detail and can be trusted to work unsupervised, and can interact well with the public. For the right person who is willing to work and has flexible schedule, this job has potential to add hours as there is always a need for more cleaning at the laundromat. Ideal candidate would be able to work during the days as laundromat attendant as well. Those duties would include keeping the laundromat clean, assisting customers and washing and folding drop off laundry. We are usually busy during this period and require someone who can provide direction and help to customers with any problems relating to the washers and dryers. ** A working phone (with Texting) and dependable transportation is required.** Please NO phone calls; they will not be returned.
