Full Job Description Job Title: Lead Janitor ($18.00/Hr – Depending on Attendance & Performance) Local commercial janitorial company looking to hire for a full-time Lead Janitor. Our company has been in business for over 30 years serving many in Eastern Washington. Lead Janitor: This position is Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week, availability from 4pm – 12am. We provide the use of a company vehicle. Commercial janitorial experience preferred. Duties can include but are not limited to: · Performing a wide variety of routine and comprehensive janitorial duties · Training all new hires. · Follow-up on accounts · Detailing · Troubleshooting any problems · Filling in where needed · Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: · Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation · Must have a clean driving record & be insurable on company’s auto insurance · Have good communication skills · Ability to deal with conflict · Federal check – ***some work is in federal buildings*** Starting pay is $18.00 per hour – depending on attendance and performance, with periodic performance reviews.
