Trump was playing college sports when his father forced a doctor who rented office space in one of his buildings to give his son a letter claiming he was medically unfit for the military. Biden's situation is not really any different. His asthma claim is pretty questionable since he was a lifeguard in high school. Biden is a flawed character that Democrats see as a flawed character that is still far better than having the most corrupt mob connected pedophile in the country as President. No one in the Democratic party is trying to build a cult to overthrow the government and install Biden as emperor for life. That's a big difference.
