Electrician for two 220 outlets in garage needed

Hi I need an to run two 220 outlets from basement to garage through frame ceiling. will need 20-40ft of conduit to get power to two car chargers in garage. possible sub panel work required, should be journeyman or master pls. is anyone available today or tomorrow or Tuesday-can't do Sunday or Monday this week. pls send availability and roughly what you expect this to cost. electrical for rough estimate just assume no sub panel needed. DTC area
