Looking for a hardworking, honest, self-starter to assistant Property Manager with keeping property common areas and parking lot clean and maintained. Position is Full-Time and applicant will need reliable transportation as they will be required to travel between at least 2 properties (in close proximity). Past janitorial and maintenance experience preferred. Applicant must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to bend, be willing to clean restrooms, change light bulbs, do light maintenance and work on ladders (occasionally). Bi-lingual is acceptable, but must be able to speak English. Send resume or request application.
