Rochester Apartment complex is seeking a reliable, hard-working maintenance technician. The position will be part-time. Duties include, but are not limited to: grounds clean-up, completing work orders, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, assisting head maintenance tech with larger projects, etc. We are entering into our busy season and need someone who is ready to jump in! Experience with light plumbing and electrical, drywall repair, installation of doors, painting, and general repairs is ideal. You must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Position will be offered as a contractor status and you will be issued a 1099.
