Come out and join the fun at Vinnie's Rock Bottom Bar and Grill 200 e. Milwaukee Street Jefferson, WI 53549 for Rocky Necollins as he passed out at work and found out that he had an aortic tear and had to have heart surgery. He has been in the hospital since January 4th. Alot of ups and downs. We really need the support of anybody possible as Rocky has a long road to recover and the medical bill will be astronomical.
