Hi there. I play bass guitar. I used to be good. Not very good, but good. I want to get my chops and then some back, but that only happens by playing with others. I’m 44 and have very little desire to be in a cover band. I’d like to goof off and write some songs. I like a lot of music, mostly stuff like Fugazi, Minutemen, Beefheart and Neil Young. Ideally I’d like to meet a guitar player and a drummer to get together with. I’ve posted this ad before, but most of the people who reply aren’t into the music that I want to play. Send me a note. Let’s talk. I don’t want to play metal or bluegrass or funk or blues.
