A leading construction consulting company is seeking a part time individual to assist with updating residential construction budgets based off field photos. This job opportunity offers a flexible schedule with the strong potential to be a full time if desired. There is training available for the right individual but having some basic construction knowledge is preferred.. The minimum requirements for this job are: - Strong narrative writing and communication skills - Computer skills- including Adobe, Excel - Great attitude with a willingness to work longer hours when needed during busy times of the month with the flexibility of working less hours on slower weeks. Responsibilities and Duties · Review photos taken of residential projects. · Update line item budgets based off the photos. Hours of Work The time per week will vary from week to week depending on report volume.
