A National Janitorial contractor has an evening supervision opportunity for a person to join our winning team. This position is in the Paramus area in a prestigious center. Our business is providing janitorial and maintenance services to 1st class buildings on the East Coast. To be successful you will possess the following skills: Highly organized, Team oriented, be a Natural Leader who likes a challenge, be ”hands on” when needed to train, be detailed oriented, and have great communication skills. Supervision experience preferred in the service industry, but not essential if you are a solid leader, a quick learner, and great student of our business. We will provide training and a lot of support to set you up to succeed. We are growing and would like you to be part of this growth. Additionally being Bi-Lingual in Spanish and is a plus, as we have Hispanic employees on our team. This is a union workforce and having experience in that environment is helpful but not necessary. Schedule includes weekends.
