iso: lead and backing singer

we are 4 guys in their 50s who lucked out and found each other 2 years ago, starting as a jam, and evolving into a band. we are the original 4. there was no trying out guys before each of us joined, (altho we have tried out some afterwards, who just were not a good fit). we are drums/vox, rhythm/lead, bass/rhythm, keys/rhythm/sax. we are pretty tight and love what we do and play. we have musical fun...period. were loosey goosey but we take the songs seriously, and are extremely diverse. we play a lot of 60/70s pop and rock (underground), and some pop/rock from 80s-now. we do soft ballads, we do toe tappers, we do shit kickers and stompers. we do some classic rock.....but mostly album rock and b-sides. all covers. so with all that said...we could use a better singer (male or female) than me. looking for someone to share leads with me and do some backing, harmonies, and duets. and if that singer played lead or harp or sax or horn or uke or banjo or accordion or percussion, or any other cool instrument, that would be a big big bonus. but voice is what we seek. we are prepping to record. we dont expect to find someone easily, but we are patient. they would need to... 1. come to monroeville to jam (except for this winter, as we are jamming at ralphs, w homestead) 2. the days/time change, but right now we jam every other friday around 9 3. be vaxxed 4. wear a mask when not singing (not needed at ralphs as it is a larger space) 5. be a good singer (feeling, nuances, spirit) 6. be older than 45... preferably 7. be totally fine with NOT gigging (if a gig happens, great) 8. have your own mic 9.
