The Roving Eyes are looking for a NEW Line Up!

Description
The last version of the band broke up a couple years ago, but we've all stayed on good terms. Last December, we finally put out an album on Spotify, with some of our best professional recordings. We recorded the songs in 2019 with John Neff, who has quite a full history in the music business ( he played keyboards on Johnny Nash's "I Can See Clearly Now," and played bass with Steppenwolf in the 70's, to name a few things ). This wasn't the first version of The Roving Eyes, but it was the most successful. We played at many nightclubs and bars, including the Kenton Club, the White Eagle, Bare Bones, Slim's in St. Johns, and the Gemini in Lake Oswego. With the new momentum from Spotify ( almost 7,000 monthly listeners ), I'm hoping the next version of the band will be the most successful. The main thing I'm looking for is a very good lead guitarist. Paul Chandler was that guy for two and a half years. He's moved on to a jazz project now. That's him playing most of the solos on the songs, although I play a fair amount of them as well. You can hear him at his best on "Jaguar." He also played the keyboards sometimes ( as on "Down the Stream" ). So, I'm ( let's be real, it's just me, right now ) looking for a good rhythm section too, and possibly a keyboardist. Vocals are also a plus. I'll want to play a few of the songs that are on the Bandcamp ( I'm open to the ones others want to do ), but I have several newer songs, as well. And I'm open to originals from other band members, and collaborating. We've enjoyed playing a few obscure covers in the past, like "She's a Woman" and "Savoy Truffle" by The Beatles, "Loving Cup" by The Rolling Stones, and "Going to Mexico" by the Steve Miller Band. So, I'm open to playing a few cover songs. As the Covid numbers are going down, this Spring is looking to be a better one than we've had in a couple years. Let's Rock 'n' Roll! Let me know something about yourself, and your level of experience. Also, listen to some of the songs on Spotify and Bandcamp, and let me know which ones you liked.
