A professional property management company is seeking a 2 Full-Time Maintenance Technicians for an apartment building in downtown area-Phoenix and Glendale.We are seeking someone who has at least 3 years or more of maintenance experience in property management/hotel/hospitality industry /or other.*Must be familiar with make-readies, general plumbing, electrical, drywall and more. HVAC certification is preferred, but not necessary. Pool certification a plus. Must be able to be on-call for emergencies and have reliable transportation. SPANISH SPEAKING IS PREFERRED!
