His Glory TV implements a concentrated strategy to work with a new network guests and stakeholders, in which Christian and conservative views and ideas cannot be suppressed. OPPORTUNITY His Glory is seeking a multi-skilled individual to care for their facility in suburban Cleveland. The successful candidate will conduct routine maintenance, repairs, light yard work, and other general upkeep and maintenance tasks. This position will require 10-20 hours per week initially but may grow into a full-time role over time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, problem solving and providing outstanding service. COVID-19 vaccination is not required. A criminal background check, credit check and/or drug screening may be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform a variety of basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, maintenance, and landscaping functions • Managing external vendors on more complex projects • Cutting grass, blowing leaves and gathering fallen plant material between professional landscaping services • Ensuring exterior walkways, driveways and all other areas are tidy, organized and safe at all times • Preventative maintenance, repair and upkeep of interior and exterior equipment, furniture and furnishings • Coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs for vehicles • Daily light maintenance of indoor aquarium between weekly visits from the aquarium vendor • Storm preparedness and plowing/shoveling snow • Assist with setup/breakdown for special events • Available for emergency/unscheduled repairs QUALIFICATIONS • At least two years of relevant experience • Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, general handy work, landscaping, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools • Strong references/customer recommendations • Committed to quality work and strong attention to detail • Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division • Reliable transportation • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
