Cleaning, organizing and moving help

I am looking for help moving my office into storage until my new office is ready, and packing up and cleaning an apartment. I am not sure of the days yet, but I must move my office by the end of the month. I am not looking for professional movers or heavy lifters nor am I looking for cleaning companies. The cleaning and organizing is the bulk of my need, but obviously there will be some lifting involved once everything is organized and boxed up. This move will take several days over the next few weeks and will probably not be consecutive days. Please, be over 18 and willing to follow directions.
