Found injured male chihuahua

Description

This tiny male Chihuahua was brought to me about an hour ago. Person said he was in the road and looked like he was flung by a car. he is starting to respond a bit more to us now and opening his eyes and mouth and responding to touch. he does have a collar and some strange tag on it. I have put in a call to animal control to come get him but no idea when they will actually show up.
