We are looking to hire a maintenance person for a POA.
Applicant must possess basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical skills. Must be able to maintain and repair vehicles, tractors and lawn equipment as needed, make repairs and upkeep of buildings, keep streets clear of leaves, pine needles and debris and other work orders as needed.
Applicant must have good communication skills with residents, vendors and other employees.
Job is a full time position working 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. May require extra time in case of emergency. Must have clean driver's license and pass a background check.
