We are looking for some outgoing and enthusiastic people who want to help us create and sell healthy food products to the people of Colorado! We make fermented and acidified food products made with minimal, unprocessed ingredients. We work hard and have fun while doing so. We are currently in need of a few part-time kitchen production people that can grow into 3/4 or full-time positions in the Spring and Summer when we start selling our products at local farmers markets. We operate year-round as we also sell most of our products in the Phoenix Metro area during the Winter and early fall season as well. This is a perfect job for Students or those with other commitments that prevent them from working a typical 9-5 job. The hours will change in the summer but through March we are looking for people who can work Saturdays from 12 - finish (no later than 6pm) and Tuesday evening from 4-finish (usually 10pm). The pay to start is $15 per hour paid in cash at the end of the shift. There is the possibility of adding selling shifts on the weekend and a few weeknights if you end up loving what we do and want to share our passion with other local foodies. These positions have the potential to pay even more because they provide the opportunity to earn commission. Some of our top sellers were making $25-$30 per hour in the peak season last year. There are also opportunities for longevity bonuses for those who stay the entire season. The owners work right alongside you and have no problem with taking out trash and prepping vegetables. Everyone starts in the kitchen. We understand that without our staff we don't have a business. Clean clothing, comfortable shoes and clean hat or hair tied back are required to start.
