Looking for experienced painter to scrub and pressure wash the interior of a 1,250 square foot concrete warehouse unit, hand clean other surfaces including the bathroom. Walls are 10 feet high. Cover any oil spots on wall with Kilz primer and roll one layer of grey paint on walls. Must bring your own pressure washer, bucket, scrub brush, cleaning supplies, ladder, rollers, roller tray, paint brush, plastic sheets, drop cloth and tape. A good job will lead to more work as this warehouse has 23 units. Paint will be supplied.
