Full Time Handyman/Groundskeeper for 3 Multi-Family Properties

We are looking to hire someone immediately to join our team to be a roaming handyman and groundskeeper for our 3 properties in the Columbus area. Tasks include: -Take care of maintenance service tickets for general home repairs as directed by the on-site manager -Walk the property daily (M-F) picking up trash in common areas and looking for issues (water leaks, violations, etc) -Basic plumbing repair -Organize and maintain the park inventory or supplies and tools -Simple landscaping -Maintenance and oversight of water meters at each home. -Enforce park rules violations and follow-ups as needed and directed by the Park Manager -Help with home rehab (replacing locks, fixtures, basic plumbing/electrical, painting) -Be on call for emergency situations after hours and on weekends -Help oversee the wastewater treatment plant daily. -Must have a valid driver’s license and working vehicle get to the properties. -Spanish is a plus -Owning your own tools is a plus -Must be a US Citizen or have a valid working permit.
