Need an RV towed off of our residential street

An RV has been parked on our residential street for over two months. We've had to call the police on the meth addict owners about seven times in the last few weeks. They've since moved into a nearby hotel that houses homeless people, but the RV is still on our street. I'm looking for someone with a flatbed tow truck to remove it from our street and take it anywhere. Will pay $300.
