Yardwork/Handyman Assistant in DHS:
I am a Handyman/Property Manager and would like to engage a Yardwork/HandymanAssistant (aka Independent Contractor) to assist me in various projects.
The various projects of the Yardwork/Handyman Assistant includes (not all inclusive):
* freeing the yard of weeds, trash, etc.,
* Repairing and/or installing various irrigation (PVC) systems
* Other related types of Projects.
PAYMENT for the Yardwork/Handyman Assistant(aka Independent Contractor) is made by a Wells Fargo Check (NEVER CASH) at:
1) The end of each day only if the Handyman is still on the Job Site (Normally this is the case), or
2) Mailed to the Yardwork/Handyman Assistant within 24 to 48 hours.
Examples of when, where, and how paid:
1) The Yardwork/Handyman Assistant works 4 hours and the Handyman is present, then payment by check will be made in the amount of $100 (4x$25), or
2) The Yardwork/Handyman Assistant works 4 hours and the Handyman is not present, then payment by check will be made in the amount of $100 (4x$25), the following day when the Handyman arrives on the job site, or
3) The Yardwork/Handyman Assistant works 4 hours and the Handyman is not present, and will not return within 24 to 48 hours, then payment by check will be made in the amount of $100 (4x$25) via US Mail.
The ideal Yardwork Cleanup Assistant (aka Independent Contractor) is:
* The Yardwork/Handyman Assistant has his/her own tools and pickup truck transportation (shovels, racks, hoes, brooms, week eaters, chain saw, hoses, wheel barrel, etc.). The Yardwork Cleanup Assistant has:
* a positive attitude,
* to speak some English,
* to be on time to the various special projects,
* to work unsupervised and/or with minimal supervision, and
* Live close and/or in DHS.
