Looking for a bass player for established 4-piece alt-rock band. Our influences include shoegaze, slowcore, 90's emo, grunge, post-rock and other similar genres. Some bands we like are Brand New, Low, Lemonheads, Yo La Tengo, Mogwai and Crowbar. Currently we have a show in May we are looking to rehearse for, and if things work out this could potentially turn into something long-term. If things work out, we'd be looking for someone who is willing to get in on our practice space, write, record and tour. We practice in Bushwick on Irving and Stanhope. Must have your own gear, be financially responsible, be in your mid 20's - mid 30's (we're 30, 31 and 35) and have a drivers license. No hard drugs, alcohol and 4/20 totally OK.
