Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, known for its award-winning, hand crafted sandwiches, recently debuted a new location in Cary at 302 Colonades Way Suite D209. The new gourmet sandwich shop marks the first location in the state of North Carolina. Capriotti’s brings the Cary community its 40-year tradition of slow-roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house and hand-pulling them every morning and other favorites like the made-from-scratch meatballs using premium, fresh ingredients. Capriotti’s is known for its wide array of sandwiches including The Bobbie, made with our fresh oven-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo, the Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and homemade coleslaw and the cheesesteak is made with premium steak, chicken or Impossible plant-based meat and melted cheese plus hot or sweet peppers. The Cary Capriotti’s offers a convenient order-ahead option, in addition to third-party delivery services with partners including GrubHub, Uber Eats, Doordash and Postmates. The new shop will bring 20 new jobs to the Cary community. The new Cary Capriotti’s is operated by General Manager Herbert Gray. After being honorably discharged after over 30 years of serving in our nation’s Army, Herbert decided to take on a new career challenge of restaurant management. The father of three and his partners have future plans to open two additional Capriotti’s locations. “Cary residents and guests enjoy quality dining options with real, fresh ingredients, and we are extremely excited to provide a restaurant that offers just that,” said Gray. “It’s very humbling to have the opportunity to share a product I personally believe in with the Cary community.” Cary Capriotti’s fans can download the CAPAddicts Rewards app on iOS and Android to earn and redeem rewards and score free food. The restaurant also features online ordering. Capriotti’s in Cary offers catering for any event from corporate events to birthday parties with items such as party trays with cold subs, box lunches or a hot homemade meatball bar.
