Job description The Punch-out Foreman’s primary role is to lead and manage Punch-out work with his assigned crew ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Be knowledgeable of construction plans as related to Punch-out installation. Execute work according to plans and directives received from the office. Communicate regularly and effectively with the office Be knowledgeable of all components of miscellaneous concrete punch out Know what resources are needed in the assigned Punch-out work and manage accordingly. ( construction materials, equipment, small tools, etc.) Ensure that all work documentation is timely and accurate and submitted correctly (pictures/notes) Maintain the quality of the work performed by you at all times. Keep a clean and organized worksite. Keep trash to a minimum and keep equipment organized. Work with the office regarding equipment maintenance schedule and mechanical needs. Work together to maintain the integrity of the equipment fleet. Be dependable. Job Type: Full-time
