Hi. I need a space for my creative studio. (Last leased space building was sold). Want Unfurnished, and ground floor preferred. Rough floors, walls etc OK. Maybe a corner of a warehouse? At least 175-200 sq ft. Ceiling to 8 feet for easels. I have a garage type sink for clean up, if there is a water hook up available. Power outlets. Windows. AC or window for my AC unit. Minimum one year rental. Studio use for painting drawing etching engraving photography, no fire, welding, or excess heat. 24/7 access. (Prefer not common bathroom at this time.)
