We are a growing vacation management company in need of a detailed-oriented and dedicated Check-In Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting vacation homes to inspect after cleaning has been completed and prepare homes for guest arrivals. Most of the vacation homes are located in Cape Coral and Fort Myers area.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspect homes for cleanliness
- Complete inspection reports and document as needed
- Report any damages/maintenance issues
- Some light cleaning as necessary
- Review inventory
Qualifications:
- Must have a good driving record and be insured for driving
- At least 2 years of related experience (preferably vacation rental or hotel experience)
- Workdays include holidays and weekends
