We are currently seeking a Production Manager with a General Contracting license to join our team in our Florida location! The Production Manager provides daily oversight and management to the installation and service teams, ensuring all jobs are completed on schedule and within budget for all residential home improvement projects throughout our footprint. Duties: Manage and supervise the Installation and Service teams on a daily basis Accountable for completion of projects on time, within budget, and within quality standards, to meet business performance expectations Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues to maintain customer satisfaction Evaluate and select subcontractors in all markets for quality, cost, and reliability Oversee the ordering of materials to ensure quality and cost control Ensure all installation processes are followed consistently; conduct job site inspections and evaluations of the final product delivered by the subcontractors Qualifications: Must possess a GC license in Florida 5+ years experience in the home remodeling industry, (exteriors and baths a plus) 3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman required Knowledge of construction and code requirements Resourceful problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and skills while managing information for multiple jobs High School Diploma/GED Valid driver's license and clean driving record Please call 240-473-1482 TODAY to schedule an interview!!
