Looking for musicians/bands who are trying to share a rehearsal/recording space. I have tons of gear and recording equipment which I'd be willing to let responsible people use. Looking for respectful people who aren't gonna fuck around in the room. After years of mold dungeons and shit holes, I've got a nice space and want to keep it that way. Looking for a March 1st move in. Ideally I'd like to split it with one other band/individual, but could be open to two bands/people. $450/month for 1 band, $300/month for 2. Email for pics.
