This is a full time field position for a site construction supervisor Job Responsibilities: - Knowledge of elevations, grading and layout - Knowledge of hardscape/masonry practices - Knowledge of landscape practices - Ability to operate excavators, skid steers and construction equipment - Ability to manage and assign duties to crew members - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and execute - Quality control of project site and attention to detail and layout Job Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in landscape practices - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and in a high performance environment - Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative to execute duties - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience and performance - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - 401K matching - Paid time off - Sign on Bonus Please call (781)834-1000 or send resume to [email protected]
