Hello and thank you for looking for work, This job involves working in a very small design and construction firm. We are looking for some one who either wants to learn or has experience in renovations. The skills required are being on time, having a way to get to the job-sites every day (if you live in Concord or Acton pickup might be available), attention to details and more-or-less clean driving record. Tools are not required but a basic set of personal tools such as tape, hammer, pencil, square tool belt are needed to preform the job. We work on historic homes in Concord, Acton area. Your skill set will determine your responsibilities and pay rate which will be anywhere from $18-35/h.
