The Third Eye Chakra is a spinning vortex of subtle energy located between the eyebrows. Governing the pineal gland and brain. When this energy center is flowing properly there is a clear third eye perception, mental focus, acuity, and spiritual awareness. Giving us full insight and connection to our intuition and even psychic abilities. When our third eye is blocked there will be an inability to focus, distrust or lack of connection with the intuition, and excessive overthinking. There are many ways to open and balance this chakra, this event will be utilizing sound healing and guided meditation. The meditation for this process is intuitively guided to fit your needs, making it unique and individualized for each group.
