The Leadership Collective presents our next session, live and remote, for nonprofit executive and senior leaders. A Culture Shift: Designing and Deploying Flexible Work Environments Day: Thursday, March 10, 2022Time: 4:30-5:30pm session; 5:30-6:00pm socialThis session will immerse the you in evaluating their organizations' readiness for designing and supporting flexible work environments. Participants will have access to best practice in this space and walk away with tangible next steps to make necessary shifts within their organizations to support their employees and the progress of the organization. Shead, Director of Administration, Cleo Parker Robinson DanceKellie Lauth leads the MindSpark Learning team in disrupting the educational landscape by empowering educators and school leaders with robust, innovative professional learning. She works to create transformational shifts across schools through industry-school partnerships. As a leader, Kellie has redefined what it means collaborate across sectors to ensure ample opportunities for communities we all care about. As a school district STEM Coordinator, she oversees STEM expansion in the district and state. Kellie is a biochemical engineer-turned-educator, who opened and led one of the first K-8 STEM schools in the nation. Her problem-based learning method is a nationally recognized STEM model for others to emulate. Carrie Romero Brugger is Chief Design Officer at MindSpark Learning. Carrie cultivates excellence in teacher professional development bridging education and industry to better STEM Education, Equity and Workforce Development. Carrie has contributed to educational facilitation and design of Social Emotional Learning, Platinum Facilitation and Educator Accelerator. She received a bachelor’s from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Educational Leadership master’s from the University of Denver. In her 26 years of education experience she has focused on turn-around and title schools. Carrie has been a leader in the Latino community through participation and networking with the Latino Leadership Institute, and has been instrumental in bridging inclusive practices throughout the Latino community.
